You can now read a session as a record of what happened, not a wall of text. Repeated findings are grouped, so each distinct finding appears once. The activity stream loads as compact rows you can filter, with a chart of when the activity happened, and the conversation between the person and the agent has its own view.
Click any row to open its full detail in a side panel without losing your place in the list. The same panel opens rows on the Activity and Audit pages, so evidence reads the same way across the console.
